In #West they call it beef steak but in #Philippines we call it "BISTEK"--- one of the most #favorite #Filipino dishes. Bistek is a local version of the western beef steak..and thin in slices compared to thick slices of beef steak western version.
It's actually one of my belly's fave #dishes. Lol
