The best part has to be the shrimp sauce and crushed peanuts that drenched the ingredients, much more depth in flavour compared to other Rojaks. And this one manages to also achieve the perfect ratio of mango:youtiao:cucumber:taupok:pineapples 😍 definitely one of Singapore's proud best 👏🏻
