We ordered the bouillabaise as well as the veal stew using burpple beyond's 1-for-1 ($32)

Appearance wise, the seafood set, which included prawns, mussels, clams and fish, as well as a lobster claw atop the soufflé with bread and dip alongside it, looked more appealing than the veal, which was just a plain soufflé with a small bowl of veal stew.

Taste-wise though, the veal ragout was the standout component of the meal, with tender and flavorful pieces of veal coated in creamy sauce that was not overly surfeiting. The bouillabaise while good was nothing to shout about and when paired with the price tag, definitely felt lacking. Admittedly, the prawns were fresh and sweet, but the rest of it was meh.

Coming to the soufflés, they were again lacklustre. Don't get me wrong, they were fine - soft, chewy and paired pretty well with the rest of the dish - but I've had better elsewhere, and coming into this restaurant named after this one item, I have to say I was expecting more than just fine.

Verdict: Food was not worth the price, perhaps even with beyond(could have also been because we tried out the less popular dishes, other reviewers seem sing praise of the other choices). Soufflé-wise was not bad but also did not live up to the expectations coming in.
