After milling about the hip and chill Tiong Bahru area today, we decided to pop in and I couldn't resist these decadent babies I had heard so much about. The decision wasn't an easy one with so many different flavours to choose from, but I went for the recommended Strawberry White Chocolate, and gave in to my chocolate desires with the Dark Chocolate Ganache. Neither of them disappointed and in fact actually thoroughly impressed! The texture of the Strawberry White Chocolate cupcake was airy and fluffy, and it was filled with tart, refreshing fresh strawberries. The Dark Chocolate Ganache, while having a denser cake texture as chocolate cakes often do, possessed heavenly textures with dark chocolate bits and cocoa bean nibs on its top. They made lovely teatime treats and I'd definitely go back to try the other flavours! One of the best cupcakes I've tasted in Singapore.
