Armed with a clipping from The Sunday Times, we scored ourselves a one-for-one tea time special at Kam's Roast.

This Set B (worth $18) came with a plate of noodles, a strand of vegetables, 5 slices of different types of meat, one cucumber side dish and one bowl of red bean soup. It's rather worth it with the coupon cut out, but I wouldn't recommend having the Set B at its usual price, due to the small portion size.

Of the 5 types of meat, the duck was the most disappointing and the crackling pork was the best piece of meat for me. Imagine a crackle as you bite into the pork, accompanied by a flood of fatty juices.... The char siew was also quite decent - honeyed yet meaty, which was yummy as well.
