Just recently, we tried the classic pork knuckle from starker, so a good benchmark to have. The knuckle here was served un-cut, having a much better presentation for sure. The skin was roasted to the best crispiness with thick layer of far hidden beneath.. your choice to eat it or remove it. I did the later 😅 but the inner meat was really lean, tender, and well marinated with black pepper! This portion at $39 can easily serve 2.
