Toroniku Uobushi Tonkotsu Ramen (~SGD13.90++): Super gao ramen broth with a lovely umami flavour 🤩 Definitely not for the faint hearted because it’s pretty salty, but very worth it’s price! The pork cheeks were heavenly as well - soft, melty with a slight charred taste. Will be back! 👍

One of my favourite ramen place in the novena area!

If not, go and had a taste of it as this limited ramen set will be gone after end of February.
