Kai Garden serves Cantonese cuisine with a modern twist. I was therefore rather excited to check them out a couple of months ago.

For starters, we were served their dim sum trio combination. Call me conservative but I am usually not a fan of western ingredients (e.g. Truffles) in my Chinese food but Kai Garden's modern take on classic Cantonese dim sum favourites such as hargow, siew mai and prawn fritters was definitely well executed!
