Each bowl of noodles comes with peeled prawns, kang kong and bean sprouts tossed in homemade chilli sauce then topped with shallot oil and pork lard 》$4

The prawns were really fresh and I was lucky to get bits of leftover pork ribs for free when their pork ribs were sold out for the day. The pork ribs were tender and added more flavour to my bowl of prawn noodles. I noticed the soup served with their dry version was richer than the soup version. Their homemade chilli sauce was a little too spicy for me to handle. I was trying very hard to finish my bowl of noodles halfway through it 🥵
