Opted for the soft shell crab (also available with crayfish) and I wish we opted for the other after the first forkful. Since the deep-fried soft shell crab is cooked separately, there was no seafood flavour infused into the gravy with the glass noodles.

There were two battered soft shell crabs, one of which was double the size of the other, but had a strong brackish aftertaste.
