Baked a Pandan Chiffon Cake based on @ieatishootipost over the weekend and did a slight mortification to the amount of egg whites, instead of 11, i used 6 and the result was just as good. Soft and moist on the inside!! Tips: the critical part of the cake making was beating the egg white part before you add the sugar!! Remember that!
