Just had the most mouthwatering carrot cake!
Didn‘t realise carrot cake can have so much smoky wok hei! The sambal chilli also power & went wierdly well with the carrot cake. Had tried this stall before but they just moved into a bigger stall in same coffeeshop with expanded menu including herbal chicken, hokkien mee, wu xiang fried fritters…and new chef at helm. So glad i did! Fingers crossed it is consistent!
