Finally here to explore the stunning European art-deco chophouse in more dept as a birthday treat. Was served by a very dedicated staff who spent a good 3 mins in explaining about the different steak knives options offered to us. Eventually I took the elegant traditional French shepherd pocket knive, I like something that’s heavier and stable with a piece of mind. Whereas my opposite diner unintentionally chose an Italian design that shaped like a throwing dagger which is categorized as the most violent knife among all, for a moment I was thinking that could be my last dinner with him? 🤔😆🔪

We started with some oysters at HH @ $2 only per piece. It was limited to half a dozen HH oyster for each glass of whatever drink ordered, we then auto qualified for the unlimited deal with a bottle of wine, just got to wait for my oyster mood next!

Festive feast platter for two @ $188, indeed a very worthy one that I thought it’s a little bit oversized! 👏🏻 Platter includes 200days grain-fed Stockyard Wagyu Porterhouse steak 28oz, 2 pieces of Wakanui lamb rack with mustard herb crust and Pork Cumberland sausage, side with Grilled asparagus & cherry tomatoes. Surprisingly the lamb rack which is not served in the original main menu was especially good. Beside the Crab béarnaise, the Truffle sauce was the perfect blend for everything, I’ve never had any sauce finished while having prime steak.

Wanted to have a dessert but felt a little too much for the night. The courteous staff passed us the in-house cookies 🍪 at our leaving steps and so it put up a beautiful end to the dinner night.
