Came here with little expectations tonight but this place proved me wrong!

Don't be disappointed if they're sold out of the lobster bowl because this anago bowl is a clear winner in its own right too. Every single element in the bowl from the fermented tomatoes to the bamboo was delicious, and even more so when mixed together.

The acidity of the fermented tomatoes and watermelon radish makes the overall taste of the rice bowl really pop. Save some for when you pour the broth in halfway through your meal!
