A new exciting concept under No Fixed Cuisine, you can look forward to set lunches, ala carte items, omakase menu and bar bites to go a fine selection of sake.
There are 8 courses to our omakase and we began with the Amuse Bouche, teriyaki chicken flavour infused in Japanese rice paper. The is followed by the Cold Dish which is the aromatic Salmon Carpaccio with homemade ponzu and truffle oil. The Hot Item is the smooth, silly Foie Gras Chawanmushi topped with a layer of Mapo sauce adding that tinge of spicyness to the dish. The Hot Dish is a Japanese rendition of the local curry puff, Japanese curry tuna fried within a light batter
