A nice hot bowl of hearty ramen 🍜
The rich pork broth with a hint of sweetness from the corn makes this dish one of my favourite.
What really stands out is the egg ramen noodles flown from Hokkaido and left to cure in controlled temperature at the restaurant. It’s springy and chewy texture, soaks up the soup really well.
