The soup is very flavourful with a nice herbal touch and unlike the peppery versions of Singapore. It’s served with quite a few pieces of pork ribs that were nicely cooked but some parts were a bit on the dry & tough side. One can choose various add ons and our favourites were the enoki (5RM) that soaked up the soup aroma & pacific clams (6RM). As a fan of salted vegetables (3.50RM), would also recommend it as although a bit oily, is well-executed & not too salty and pairs well with the meat.
