Slightly moist flavoured rice(should be pork lard oil) with crispy pork lard, chewy pork belly, unclean pork intestine and homemade pork ball.
Majority of foodie's post you read before said pour that peppery soup into the rice. I recommend otherwise. As by the name DRY, just stick to dry or a few spoonful of the soup else it become some Teochew porridge or "Pao Fan" already. You will be surprise how fantastic it taste without the soup.πŸ‘
