Lo and behold, glorious tubs of freshly made award-winning homemade kaya from the passionate Mr.Ng of Sin Hoe Huat Cafe. There could possibly be many different variations of kaya (coconut jam) recipes on the island, but what makes this my fave (other than the fact that her daughter delivers them to my office personally) is the stronger coconut flavor and aroma as opposed to the regular pandan-fronted Singaporean version.
