Nagoya Mazesoba [L: RM23; S:RM21]⁣⁣⁣
✨: The slight kick of spice from the pork mince and the richness the egg yolk introduced to the chewy noodles made for a perfect symphony of flavours and textures when combined. Like my first ever mazesoba at Hibikii (1 post back), I very much enjoyed the combination of the tangy vinegar and the creamy noodles. In comparison to Hibikii’s version, Hanabi definitely has more well-rounded and balanced flavours (Hibikii’s was quite heavy on salt). ⁣
💬: I only wish I lived closer to Menya Hanabi :( And that I got add-ons of cha shiu and a ramen egg 😢 ⁣
As much as I enjoyed my meal, I initially doubted if I’d have any will to go back. Now that it’s been a good 2 weeks since my visit, I’ve got to say I have a craving for mazesoba 😭
