Teriyaki Grilled Salmon was a pleasant surprise – perfectly grilled with a slightly crispy skin and soft, flaky meat inside. The teriyaki sauce added just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering the natural flavour of the salmon.

Chicken Tori Yaki was also well done. The skewers were juicy, nicely charred, and full of flavour. Great texture and a smoky finish made it really enjoyable.
