The dish arrived smelling so heavenly of garlic. We were amazed as there was no sight of garlic chips or bits! The noodle was cooked to chewy soft perfection, paired with an onsen egg which could have been runnier. The pork slice while very big, it was very thin! Think they were trying to balance being generous in sight, and not overkill you with meat. Not very filling if you are looking to end your meal just here.
