A massive fillet of dory is battered in buttermilk and deep fried to ultimate golden-brown perfection before it is teamed up with crispy fried onions, sliced tomato, crisp lettuce, and tartar sauce all encased within two toasted sesame buns. Despite leaving this burger towards the end of the tasting, the deep-fried dory was still extremely crunchy and savory on its exterior, where as the flesh inside was incredibly buttery and melt-in-the-mouth. The tartar sauce gave a tangy creaminess to the burger and the fried onions provided a deeper crunch.
