Brave the crowds for a taste of The Ultimate Murtabak ($12), an A3-sized crisp, doughy pancake crammed with portobello mushrooms, tandoori chicken pieces and stringy mozzarella cheese — it's certain to hit the spot but also best shared among two! Another winning creation is Umami 50 ($8), which was created last year to celebrate SG50. As its name promises, the combination of chicken luncheon meat, chicken floss, mozzarella, egg, Japanese mayonnaise and crisp prata is one umami party in the mouth! If you're one of those who cannot ever get enough of anything salted egg, check out its latest creation, Salted Egg Prawn Prata ($9.90). The murtabak-sized creation is filled generously with salted egg yolk, prawns, curry leaves, chilli and a touch of cheese.
