I got the thick cut noodles and their superior soup. The noodles were firm and al dente and were a joy to eat. The soup was fragrant and had a strong umami taste partly attributable to the alcohol they add to it. The signature ingredients of the pan mee added a nice hearty texture to the overall bowl: black fungus, fried anchovies, spring onions, fried onions, sliced mushrooms and a piece of fish paste. This whole bowl left me stuffed and I washed it down with their pu er tea which smells strongly of fresh pandan. Pan Mee was around RM10 and Pu Er tea was around RM2. 9/10 Definitely worth going to try their reasonably priced noodles πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
