This treat boasts a wonderful balance of flavours, from the unexpectedly delicious, tangy ice cream to the buttery crust and sweet strawberries. Another standout is the crispy yet fluffy Passion Pavlova (RM23) with layers of lime chantilly and fresh passion fruit.
