Nepali Lamb Choila
Grilled NZ Sirloin Steak The steak was grilled medium rare and was tender and slightly juicy, that goes well with the black pepper sauce.
Grilled Fish The fish was rather soft on the texture, came in a huge portion and topped with field mushroom sauce.
Chicken MoMo The Nepalese-style dumplings were rather dry and rid of the juiciness, though within the thick dumpling skin the flavour of the meat and hints of ginger can still be tasted, that goes rather well with the achar sauce when dipped into it!
