Nian Gao waffle was a fun eating experience, and I’d encourage you to try it! The mochi-like Nian Gao was sandwiched within the waffle batter, and you get a stretch oozy chewiness in each bite (think cheese prata). Tasted yummy for sure, but it’s pure novelty and not something I’d re-order in the near future.

For ice cream, got the Cold Brew Coffee with Cacao Nibs (awesome, highly recommend) and the Black Sesame Soy Milk (meh, could not taste the soy milk).
