From I Love Yoo at Hillion Mall — wanted to try this for a while already but it wasn't available for quite some time. This works for the fried food junkie — the entire bowl of noodles comes covered with just loads of fried dough fritters and Sakura Ebi, as well as a sous-vide egg and sambal chili. While the sambal chili comes rather wet here, it seemed to have laced itself around the noodles better so as to provide for better flavour when it gets mixed around. The entire bowl was pretty savoury and just with a hint of soft spiciness (didn't sweat it out on this one), while the fried dough fritters are crisp (would have preferred it the usual way that's doughy inside and light on the outside) and the Sakura Ebi just gives it a burst of umami flavours with the noodles giving a good bite. Wouldn't mind having this again actually.
