Dim Sum sure is HK's specialty, with interesting twists to their dim sums, they certainly don't disappoint! Don't come under the impression that its just for show though, this fluffy soft bao contains some sweet and delicious liu sha inside that makes you literally wipe the bowl with whatever bao you have to soak up all that liu sha that flows out!
