Happened to spot their 2nd outlet, Ming Jia 名家 II, immediately after stepping off the escalator when going to B1 and had late lunch there with gf.

Ordered seafood toufu soup (no spicy), spicy chicken soup, and spicy rice cake with cheese and egg. Each serving was huge! There was too much carbohydrates as the seafood toufu soup and spicy chicken soup each came with rice! Furthermore the appetisers were amazingly yummy and came in such a huge portion too (we were served seaweed, egg roll, ikan bilas, and kimchi) and I finished them. The seafood toufu soup was delicious. The soup is sweet and the portion was generous; huge prawns, huge muscles, and lots of toufu. Love the spicy rice cakes as they were not too spicy but yet so chewy and delicious. Best part is that there was cheese and hard boiled egg (my faves). An interesting observation is that the cook, cashier and most of the guests were Korean or speaks Korean! The restaurant is small and it can get a little warm (esp when eating spicy dishes) as the aircon was not very strong but there are fans at certain spots to keep down the heat.

Spent an average of $15 for each dish, definitely would return again to try out their other dishes or dinner menu.
