After going on a long quest to find the best tendon in Tokyo, we can confirm that the tendon at Ginza Tendon Itsuki is truly authentic and up to par with the ones we tried in Japan. It was also my first time to try tempura egg, which still boggles my mind on how it can be made with the egg still runny yet intact.
