[Buona Vista] Many places sell their version of this, but San Lo Hor Fun ($7) isn’t a dish you should carelessly eat—not many successfully combine the simple ingredients and technique to do this Plain Jane of a dish justice, as they have here: the smooth rice noodles carry simple soy and garlic flavours, backed by smoky undertones of wok hei, crunchy bean sprouts and fresh slices of fish.
