The dark and praline chocolate tart was incredibly rich and thick with a crumbly and firm cookie-like tart base. Accompanied by tangy raspberry sorbet that helps to balance out the richness of the chocolate. Special thanks for decorating the plate for a birthday sweet treat 😍
