UMA UMA RAMEN We ordered the classic Uma Uma Ramen which consists of Hakata-style thin ramen noodles submerged in this delicious and rich Tonkotsu Broth with charsiew, spring onions, black fungus and egg, You can find a dollop of spicy miso on the charsiew.
