Gin Khao's Khao Phat Supparod Talay (Pineapple fried rice🍍) is one of my favorite thai dishes that I ❤. Packed full with ingredients, from mussels to prawns, sotongs, bits of eggs, cashew nuts and pork floss! I like that the fried rice taste slightly sweet too!
