4 munchies: One of my top picks from the tasting menu, the Mentaiko Pasta was cooked to perfection and firm to the bite. Topped with salmon roe, seaweed and spring onions, every strand of the al dente spaghetti was evenly coated with the delicately briny cod roe, giving the dish a creamy and grainy texture.
