The Key Ingredient is House-Made Artisan cheese. They produce house-made cheeses at their atelier in Da Lat. Back in 2011, they started to produce fresh cheeses such as mozzarella. Today, aging cheeses are also being made by their Japanese cheese craftman who learned in Hokkaido.
