The Ang Ku's here are all hand-crafted. So you can expect a thin, delicate and soft skin. The skin also has that pleasantly smooth and chewy 'spring back' effect as your bite into it. They are very generous with their fillings. 'Look! The red bean filling are packed to the brim and you can already see them starting to ooze out'.
