You would have heard of Kagoshima, Saga, and Miyazaki beef, all of which are famous beef from Kyushu. For this dinner, I tried the Bungo-gyu from Yufu, another part of Kyushu.

For S$33 I've had 9 slices of beef from 3 premium cuts of the Bungo-gyu, and it's a steal. However, while the beef was very juicy from the clean taste of its fats, I find the beef itself lacking in flavour. Better if sweeter.
