We were presented an ensemble of artisanal cheese which consists of truffle Brie, Drunked Italian Cheese, and other classics such as Colston Basset... etc. Do not worry if you do not know the names as the friendly staff will be there to guide you through the selection. 🔻
Right from the get go we were in awe from the taste, texture and scent. Pairing it with grapes, bread or wine, whichever way that works for you as they are all unique in their own way and have different levels and styles of appreciation. 🔻
Besides cheese, a wide variety of food is available too. From signature dishes like Unagi Risotto, Chicken Skin Crisp, Duroc Pork Belly and Truffle Mac and Cheese.. just to name a few...
