Chop Chop Biryani & Meats
This stall promotes its 'Siu Yoke Biryani' hence its kind of obvious which meat to choose but they do have a variety of options
Base (Additional Base +$1): Biryani Rice, Sesame Noodle, Garlic Baguette
Meat (Additional Meat +$1.50): Siu Yoke, Salted Egg Chicken, Pork Masala, Char Siew, Tau Kwa Goreng, Sotong
3 Sides (Additional Side +$0.70): Molten Egg, Pineapple Salsa, Spiced Chickpea, Pappadum, Lady's Finger, Cabbage Thoran

Biryani Rice ($5.50)
- Roasted Pork Belly, Molten egg, Lady's finger, Cabbage thoran
- Curry itself was not too spicy, tasted very clean, not the rich creamy kind
- Rice had bits of star anise, was overall very fragrant
- Love the crackling of the pork belly, High meat-to-fat ratio; One of the more lean cuts of pork belly I've tried
- Lady's finger was soft and mushy
- Molten egg had a slightly runny yolk
Definitely an above average briyani without being overly greasy or rich
While the curry was not overly spicy, by the end of the dish, I had beads of sweat forming so you may want to ask them to cut down on the curry if you can't take spice or do not want to sweat.
(Just my personal opinion, I think this stall intentionally makes it dishes healthier by cutting down on the cream they used in their curry and the amount of oil in their dishes to accommodate to the office crowd here because its definitely the 'cleanest' biryani I've had thus far)
Price: 8.5/10 (Very worth it IMO)
Taste: 8/10 (Above average briyani)
Overall: 8.5/10
