It’s the time of the year when Lunar New Year is approaching and many of those who celebrate this festive season will be looking for a decent Chinese restaurant for their prosperity meal and their yearly tossing session over Yu Sheng/Lou Sang/Yee Sang Salad. Check out Putien’s Prosperity Yu Sheng for a flavourful twist which feature their signature Seaweed from the city of Putian.
