Rosey's meatless version of the classic big breakfast has ample variety of vegetarian deliciousness to please. Along with sautéed spinach, field mushrooms, grilled tomato, housemade baked beans, haloumi cheese, fresh beetroot, smashed avocado and toasted rye, I could choose how I wanted my two eggs done. Went with poached and it was a good decision if I may say so. Having runny yolks embellish everything with a nice golden gooey-ness is never a bad idea.
