Madam Leong serves Cantonese-Hakka style ban mian where her ban mian is towards the Malaysian-style and different from the others here. Each bowl of ban mian includes a sunny side up, beancurd skin, mushroom slices, braised minced pork, meatball and vegetables then garnished with fried shallots and ikan bilis tossed with dark soya sauce and homemade dried shrimp chilli 怋$4.50

The noodles were cooked al-dente with a nice bite and springy texture. The braised mushroom and minced pork were flavourful. Mix them all together with the sauce for a savoury taste with a mild spicy kick.
