[Telok Ayer] Throwback to some of the tastiest cocktails we’ve had at @operationdagger by the magical @lukewookie Their menu changes constantly but the Gomashio ($25) is a classic mainstay and it’s not hard to see why—the first sip hits you with clean, refreshing notes of cucumber and ginger, delicately balanced against the subtle toasty flavours of sesame.
