Kai Garden's Peking Duck is served with a choice of five unique colourful wraps (Original, Pumpkin, Spinach, Bamboo Charcoal, or Beetroot), and five dipping sauces (Traditional, Black Pepper, Sesame, Seafood, or Special Mixed).

I like that they included a piece of rice cracker to give the peking duck wrap an extra crunch. However, the peking duck itself was disappointing - the meat was rather dry and bland, and the skin limp. The wraps, whilst eye-catching on sight, did not seem to add much flavour to the dish. It was interesting that there was a variety of sauces but it couldn't save the duck meat.
