This has got to be the most creative and most delicious dish for Open Stoves at Timbre+! (According to this durian lover)
Sticky rice with fried shallots and D24 ice cream topped with candied basil. Smooth Durian ice cream that's not overwhelming, but is super creamy and goes really well with the sticky rice. Surprisingly the fried shallots didn't taste out of place at all. A must try from Tuk Tuk Viethai Cuisine if you're headed to Open Stoves (23 & 24 July '16).
