So glad that I decided to skip gym today to satisfy this craving. Bismillah Biryani is truly deserving of its Bib Gourmand. The rice here is not oily, light, fluffy and packs a punch. Not for those of faint palates, each mouthful is full of flavour from the spices. The chicken was so tender and well marinated. I love the fact that there's also a generous helping of fried shallots which adds on even more favour to an amazing biryani. Will be back to try their lamb and vegetarian ones.
