Came to try this signature dish at Atlas Coffeehouse and also ordered the scrambled eggs after reading multiple reviews on how good this was.

This was basically two slices of sourdough - one topped with herbed creamy porcini mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and parmesan, and the other with the add-on scrambled eggs.

To be honest, while this tasted good, I didn’t think it justified the hype about it. The scrambled eggs weren’t fluffy enough for my liking, and didn’t amaze me (unlike The Populus Scramble). Also, the creamy mushrooms and cheese got a little jelak after a while, so this might be good for sharing so your taste buds don’t get too bored of the rich cream. I’d rather go for the Summer Chicken Stew than this the next time round :)
